Scully’s religion is something I never quiet understood just as Mulder but, I think that is one of the things that is most beautiful about her. And, I think that is one of the reasons Mulder fell in love with her. This cross she wore around her neck is a key element to their relationship throughout the entire series.

Can we talk about how the tags on this are so appro? 

Because they just are. 

#BUT CAN WE TALK ABOUT THIS SCENE AND HOW IT WAS LITERALLY ONE OF THE MOST PAINFUL THINGS TO WATCH #because Scully is so fucking strong and she can do anything by herself #and she doesn’t want cry in front of Mulder and show him she can’t handle some things #she needs to still appear strong in front of him because she doesn’t know if she can trust him completely yet #AND THEN SHE JUST FUCKING STARTS SOBBING AND BURROWS INTO HIS CHEST AND MY HEART OH GOD MY HEART BREAKS EVERY TIME #because she realizes she doesn’t have to look strong in front of him and he will still think she can do anything #it doesn’t matter that she cries he still think she’s superwoman because they’re partners and best friends AND SOULMATES
